Thermoplastic films for damping laminated materials with improved water resistance

چکیده

This article covers the development of thermoplastic extrusion films made poly(vinyl acetate) (PVA) and poly(butyl methacrylate) (PBMA) for use as an inner layer in metal-polymer-metal multiple-layered vibro-damping materials that can work contact with water. The effect amount introduced plasticizer on dynamic properties polymer PVA PBMA is studied example plasticizers from group esters dicarboxylic acids, organic phosphates chloroparaffins. processes water sorption by washing out them have been investigated. It has demonstrated PBMA-based containing chlorinated paraffins a best resistance.
